MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
The minimum opening order is $150 USD. The minimum reorder is $100 USD. Mix or match products any way you like to reach this amount.
First time orders require payment before shipping. Starting with your third order, your account will be moved to NET30. If the invoice has not been paid within 30 days, a monthly late fee of 1.5% may apply. If your account is ever 60 days past due, Net30 will be no longer be available.
You will not be charged for your order while checking out. A purchase order will be sent to us. We’ll then review and follow-up with an invoice through Square for your total plus shipping. (Please note that shipping is listed as Free but costs will be calculated and added to your final invoice)
Square accepts all major credit cards.
We aim to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible. We are a small company that creates each piece by hand. Please take this into consideration and allow 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order.
Holiday orders placed from Oct-Dec may take up to 4 weeks.
We ship most orders through UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Whichever is most economical for your location. If you would prefer another way or have a UPS account, please let us know.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Please report damages or defective merchandise within 5 days of receipt.
We do not offer exclusivity but will be mindful of not selling the exact same products to your neighbor. If you have any concerns, please contact us. You can view all of our stockists at the bottom of our home page.
If you're a new customer and just placed an order, we will review your location and items ordered. If there's any overlap with another store, we will contact you. We reserve the right to cancel any order for this reason.
